No eggs of course! This is an easy ‘chuck it all together’ country style meal. Good one for entertaining with friends. Even your non – Gerson friends will drool over it. You will NEED a food processor or a slicer thingo though.

You’ll need:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup non-fat yogurt

Method

  1. In a food processor slice all veggies. Roughly chop parsley.
  2. Mix in non-fat yogurt.
  3. Line a loaf pan generously with baking paper. Spoon in veggies.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes in oven set to 300°F (150°C) or until cooked (knife goes through easily) and brown on top.
  5. Pull out of tin by paper and serve while still in paper on a board or large plate.

A non-fat yogurt allowance is only added after several weeks on Gerson Therapy and when recommended by your practitioner.
